bootloader: update to uboot v2021.07
Update sei510, sei610, vim3l, vim3 prebuilt binaries
Also update README accordingly to point towards the branch this
has been built from.
This brings support for:
fastboot reboot fastboot # from bootloader
With this update, there is behaviour change as well on the U-Boot
environment:
BEFORE:
U-Boot environment was stored at the end of mmc2boot0
AFTER:
U-Boot environment is stored in mmc2boot1
Note: flashing/erase commands stay the same.
