After attempting the following
fastboot oem format
fastboot flash bootloader u-boot_kvim3_noab.bin
fastboot erase bootenv
fastboot reboot bootloader
VIM3 pro stuck in white light flashing, tried power, reset button, nothing can get the board to either fastboot devices or adb devices.
