Which system do you use? Android, Ubuntu, OOWOW or others?

Please describe your issue below:

I plugged a usb flash drive in to my edge2. Using a third party file manager, CX file manager, i tried to access the drive. When I select the drive it won’t open and I get the error message “NTFS/exFat/HPFS filesystem not supported”. The drive works with other android devices (I think it’s formatted as exFat).

Post a console log of your issue below:

@Sinky I don’t have the corresponding device. I can’t verify your problem. Can you verify that the Ubuntu system has this problem?

I haven’t used Ubuntu. I intend to use the device only for android.

@Sinky I have verified this problem. However, I will start my annual leave in China after today. I can only come back to see this problem in half a month.

@Sinky The NTFS system itself supports it. The next version of exFat will add support. The HPFS file system rk3588 itself does not support.

Great! Thank you for that!
