DTV board not working

Hi,
I just installed DTV extension board when I scan dvb-t2 I don’t find any channels I am running android nougat v180619 is there something I need to install.

Hello everyone. Unfortunately the Extension DTV Board, even after trying both the latest and second latest vtv firmwares in the khadas docs site, taking apart and reassembling the whole tv box and cleaning all contacts, is not not recognized by the Khadas VIM2 Max board. All the lights are on both on the vim2 and the extension board, and I am using the recommended power supplies. I tried connecting only the vim2, then only the dtv board, then both. Hi.
Mine finds card & searches for stations It shows good single strength but doesn’t find any channels I have tried 3 versions of nougat but still get same message.

Problem solved the 7mhz band wasn’t being scanned. The only way to change this is to use the remote supplied & change country in menu. It wold have been nice to get a guide with card then I wouldn’t have wasted hrs. is The only problem now is their is no sound with a couple of hd channels.
