You can’t get Ubuntu working on a SD card if you have Android on the EMMC. Well, technically, you can get Ubuntu running using the SD card but you won’t be able to see anything clearly using the HDMI interface. You could log in remotely but either way, there is definitely a bug. Khadas said they would provide a solution sometime in September 19 but still nothing.
So, in the meantime, I would like to get both Android and Ubuntu on my VIM3. Android on the EMMC and Ubuntu on the SD card doesn’t work so I would like to try to run Android on the SD card with Ubuntu on the EMMC. Is there a SD card-ready Android image we can use? Can you make one available?
