WOL with VIM2_Ubuntu-server-bionic_Linux-5.5-rc2_arm64_SD-USB_V20191231

I upgraded my vim2 from VIM2_Ubuntu-server-bionic_Linux-4.9_arm64_SD-USB_V20190830 to VIM2_Ubuntu-server-bionic_Linux-5.5-rc2_arm64_SD-USB_V20191231

Now when I power off the sbc, it reboots instead of power off.

I had WOL enabled, then I tried disabling it.

When WOL is disabled vim2 powers off correctly.

I enable back WOL, it reboots instead of power off.
