A happy new owner of a Mind 2s. Trying to deploy Windows 10 Professional using the drivers from your website (which I know are mostly for Windows 11). Looking at Device Manager now, all “unknown devices” have successfully resolved (and appear to be functioning), except two instances of “Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller” under “Other devices”, both with a warning triangle icon and a warning that drivers are not installed.
Based on the information provided, it appears that the issue is due to missing drivers. Have you updated the drivers using the official Khadas driver package?
If not, please manually update the complete drivers.
Yes, I have downloaded and installed the drivers from the exact link you have provided. My original message refers to these drivers. Two USB devices are left unresolved after deploying these drivers on Windows 10. The devices appear to be related to the Thunderbolt subsystem.
My question is whether your team is aware of a driver package that would support the two missing devices on Windows 10. I do understand that primary support is for Windows 11, but I was hoping that it is possible to run Windows 10 on Mind 2s properly as well.
Hi,This error is related to Intel’s Thunderbolt driver. Starting with the ARL platform (Ultra 2), Intel only supports this driver on Windows 11 and no longer provides support for Windows 10. This is also reflected in the official Windows support list. Thank you! Windows 处理器要求 - Windows 10 22H2 支持的 Intel 处理器 | Microsoft Learn
