WiFi connection problem due to the romoval of CA certificate options

Which system do you use? Android, Ubuntu, OOWOW or others?

Please describe your issue below:

As stated in the link above, in Android 11, a CA certificate is required for Wi-Fi with WPA3-Enterprise security. However, other devices running Android 11 or higher may be able to connect without a CA certificate. Each manufacturer seems to open it through OS customization. You can also change this option on other phones running Android 11 or higher. So, can the official image enable “Do Not Validate” the “CA Certificate”? Currently, the official image has its options fixed and cannot be changed. We are using vim4 at school, but we are unable to use Wi-Fi due to the above problem. Since the school cannot provide a “CA Certificate”, I hope “Do Not Validate” is possible. Thanks for reading.
