Which version of system do you use? Khadas official images, self built images, or others?

I need to build an Rasbpi4 image and this EDge2 is my ONLY computer, I have tried all the versions of Balena Etcher to flash with and none of them will run.
Post a console log of your issue below:
No log file, I am just asking if any one know IF Balena works on the Edge2 Khadas Ubuntu 24.04 version? I have downloaded the arm version of Balena and the x64 but none of them work, guess I am going to go to a friend with a PC to burn this on
