So guess it’s advisable to use the SD version until maybe @hyphop gets the time to update the krescue image
to be honest, I do not yet know how to choose the right images for installation, but there are recommended tools for downloading and installing, okay, I think everything will work out, and it will be easier for us, for ordinary users!
Please update latest vilumio image for krescue.
i will try update it after one week !
OK! DONE
Hello,
I installed Volumio by Krescue, it worked well. I would like to use Volumio in emmc and CoreELEC in the SD Card, is this not possible?
I restarted Khadas with CoreELEC on the SD Card and didn’t recognize it. I tried to enter update mode about 3 times and it didn’t. Am I doing something wrong?
I put Krescue on the SD Card, tried to enter update mode and did not enter. I was afraid of getting stuck with Volumio, but I tried again and Krescue worked and I installed CoreELEC on the emmc.
I only try to install Volumio again if it is possible to run Volumio on emmc and CoreELEC on the SD Card
The specific boot order for the legacy uboot is eMMC then SD card…
iirc, you can select the uboot to install in krescue, at that moment, select mainline…
which follows, SD then eMMC
Thanks for the answer …
I had already read the topic of uboot and for those who do not understand anything about linux, I will have to study a lot.
Volumio still has some problems, the NFS connection does not connect, CIFS does, but I was unable to access the folder. Volumio released a recent version with NFS for Rasp, I hope it works for Khadas too.
i will check soon what wrong
all specific volumio problems better submit to volumio developers !
Please update latest vilumio3 image for krescue.
