VIM4 - Source of dts file for dtb

It’s more of a question than an issue. I was wondering where the dtb file for the VIM4 comes from. I was unable to find the DTS file for it in the Khadas Linux vendor kernel repo, nor in the CE-amlogic-kernel repo. For the vim3 it can be easily found, but not for the vim4.

Is it closed source or a binary blob? Or have I totally overlooked something?
