I’m looking for a solution to flip a HDMI signal horizontally for a teleprompter. There used to be some adapter/converter, but they either disappeared or got horribly expensive.
Is it possible to use the vim4 to archieve this? I’m a total noob with linux/ubuntu, so please be gentle 
I’d need a HDMI input, flip/mirror the signal horizontally and the do the output to an HDMI Out.
I think the hardware can do this, but what kind of software would you need?
