VIM3L uboot support 1GB LPDDR4X

Hi,

We’d like use VIM3L to test LPDDR4X( VDDQ=0.6V ), but our LPDDR4X capacity is:1GB/512GB.

Where can we download the uboot/kernel code?
Can we configure the uboot to 1GB RAM?
Can we change the timing of RAM in uboot? eg: CL, tRCD,tRP, tWR.
