Vim3l: damaged hardware?

I’m trying to install Ubuntu and the USB ports don’t seem to work. I ran the test using oowow and the result is as shown in the photo. Does this mean the board is damaged? Should I throw it away?

Hello @c8hd64bit

Could you try to install the latest Android image to check?

https://dl.khadas.com/products/vim3l/firmware/android/vim3l-android-9-64bit-v251211.img.xz

I used burning tool but when I try to import images I can’t any kind of folder where i stored the files, this on win 11.

Now I can run from usb Armian but i can’t use the usb keyboard, but now in on a bootloop and unable to boot oowow

Last update. Now I flashed ubuntu24.4.gnome but I can use only the IR stick not the keyboard or mouse. When I can I will try android.

I used the latest version of Android and the USB ports are not present, so I think there is a hardware problem
