VIM3 - U-Boot Logo Change Not Working

I am build an Ubuntu image from source for the VIM3, and have been having issues with replacing the Khadas U-Boot logo. I have followed the instructions here: VIM3/3L Change Boot Logo [Khadas Docs]
to no avail. I am building an image from the source using Fenix.
My current environment info:

I have replaced logo.bmp and logo.png… Works for the Ubuntu boot logo, but the U-Boot logo remains unchanged. Alternatively, I have also attempted to disable the U-Boot display entirely utilizing info from:

Can you try to chage the logo for uboot here ? packages/u-boot-mainline/files, check the REDME to update the logo.
