Vim3 touchscreen TS050 goes down when sd card inserted

Hi. I have a problem with vim3.
My vim3 usb port is not working.
I reuploaded the firmware “vim3-ubuntu-20.04-gnome-linux-4.9-fenix-1.1.2-220930-emmc”
but it’s still not working. So I want to use touchscreen, but TS050 goes down whenever I insert sd card.
please help me and give me advice.
Thank you.

What’s the content in your sd card? When you remove the sd card does the screen works well ? One thing you need to know is that you need to remove the HDMI cable if you want to use the screen.

Hi, Thank you for reply.
There are image files in sd card and it works well when I remove it.
Of course I remove HDMI cable.

If you have image in your sd card the bootloader may load system from the sd card, so it may not work well, you can clean up the sd crad if you don’t want to boot from it.

Rescue file in the sd card, and I want to do this process (From 2 minutes 10 seconds of the video) in the TS050.

but touch screen goes down :frowning:

Hi @asdfgh

OOWOW (aka Krescue before) does not support the screen, you may need to use the HDMI screen.

Thank you so much.
Do you have any solution to vim3 usb port not working?:frowning:

Hello @asdfgh

From the logs, the usb can’t initialize. Have you do some damage to the usb port?

I’m not sure…Is there any solutions to restore the usb port?
