拆掉SSD后,能正常启动。

为什么会出现这种情况??

之前还出现过,接了SSD启动会启动不起来,是否都是相同的问题??
这个是否有办法修正啊,项目上必须要使用SSD电子盘做存储数据。

接上SSD必现?SSD什么型号的?所有的板子都是这样?

如何重现?最好能提供下具体的重现方法。

重新接上SSD后又会重现,重新烧写系统、重新格式化SSD又能正常启动。

重启启动不起来的不是必现,同一台机,不定期执行reboot重启,会有概率出现设备连不上没反应。

SSD是海康的2T版本。

一共出了60台,客户当前在使用的只有16台左右,这二台是16台中的其中二台出现这种情况。

发出去之前是老化测试了24小时,一直正常的。

在不换主板的情况下,拆掉SSD一定能正常启动,接下SSD一定会报上面的错误,更详细的日志信息我发了企业微信交流群里。

将SSD安装到另一台正常运行的设备上,能正常启动,且能正常读取到SSD里的视频文件。

这样看来和SSD本身没有什么关系,现在还需要我们这边提供什么日志吗?

看起来像系统本身的文件系统出现了问题,你们对固件有做过什么改动吗?正常来说不会报这个错误的。

从log看不出原因,这个是必现的?我们这边没法重现你这个现象。

1、没改过什么,只是在你系统中安装了python3.8及一些依赖库,然后我们自己编译了httpd服务,mysql数据库服务,自己开发了一些应用进程等在上面跑。

2、29秒卡的问题找到规律了,SSD卡没安装就会卡22秒卡到109秒,安装上就不会。

3、出现报错的问题,重新安装一次系统(SSD卡取下来不做任何改变),然后重新接上SSD卡后是正常的,由此可能是操作系统出问题了,具体原因我们这边也不清楚。
重新安装了系统后,二台设备都正常了。

很是担心咱们的系统到底能不能正常稳定地运行,这些设备都会放到很偏,正常无人去的地方。

对此,是否有什么好建议?保证系统不出异常,包括重启启动不起来之类问题。

前段时间还出现过另一个问题,机器运行了75天左右,设备出现一些奇怪的问题,包括连接部分网络不通(局域网是通的,部分服务器也能连得通),断电重启后所有网络问题都恢复正常。
