Vim3 Pro / Keeps Looping Durning Boot (Like reset Held)

This is what it keeps doing over and over, Its like the reset button keeps getting pushed or held.
This started happening after installing a Linux Destro, I even went back to android and still same thing.
even my own android builds, same thing. Tried a few dif bootloaders, same things.
tried resetting to factory defaults (Recovery) (rescue/00Wow)… No avail.
I can get around it by pressing function middle button till light turn blue, then hit reset button.
then it boots normally. But I cant seem to figure out why I am going through this.

Any Ideas from any of ya?

I dont know how I fixed it, but I fixed it, Used Rescue/ooWoW again… and just messed with some things
and run some test. Amazingly its fixed. Doesnt loop anymore… What was happening it
seem to panic and resetting. But anyhow. Its fixed now…
