VIM3 ffmpeg HW Accel encoding

I was looking for information on ffmpeg using Hardware Acceleration on the VIM3… I know there was some work done on ffmpeg a few years ago but that looked like it was for decoding:

Hi all, I’ve looked around for some pointers to enable HW transcoding on the VIM3 using AML, but only found dead or old threads. Curious if there was any work done on the Hardware accel encoding side for VIM3.

I need an update on this topic. Need as much hardware acceleration as possible to manage and process as many ip cameras as possible. Also utilizing the npu.
