VIM3 doesn't work! VIM3不工作

I supply VIM3 with mobile power source ，and both ends of power cord are type-C. When I turn on the power, the VIM3 doesn’t work and even the lights are off. The monitor to which it is connected by HDMI cabel shows nothing. So how to resolve it?

我用充电宝给VIM3供电，电源线两端都是type-c接口的，接通电源之后，VIM3不工作，而且也没有灯亮，用HDMI 连接的显示器也什么都不显示，如何解决呢? 是电源原因还是板子坏了？
