@Parth_Prajapati i am not sure if SystemUpdaterSample can work on vim3 android ,i think it will have many problems, but OTAUpgrade + apache-tomcat server can do OTA update

Yes, I understand.
I removed SystemUpdateSampler but still my device is not booting.
It goes in continuous boot mode.
I also removed OTAUpgrade2 from the AOSP but still my VIM3 is not booting.
