Please describe your issue below:

I have connected a RP2040 nano (waveshare) to the GPIO, with 5v (pin1 on VIM) , gnd (pin 5 on VIM), and Rx (pin 15 on VIM) to TX on RP2040, Tx (pin 16 on VIM) to Rx on RP2040.

When I power up, the RP gets power and the VIM comes alive - but it stays on the boot screen (showing the Khadas logo) forever… If I disconnect the two serial wires, and reset the VIM, everything works fine…

How can this be? Am I using the correct gpio pins on the VIM?

My own theory - The VIM senses the connection with the serial of the RP2040 and awaits some command before it continues?

Hello @Jesper_Andersen

Do you have a chance to capture the log from serial debug console?
