Thanks, I guess I was expecting it to have dimensions and spacing of the mounting holes and height of components.

I have not viewed them myself, but some CAD files are here, maybe they will offer something. Otherwise maybe something in this directory is useful. Individual component info/dimensions can be found here.
I hope something will be helpful. Otherwise maybe one of the Khadas team can get what you need.
