VIM2 CLI Distortions

Any CLI interface (boot or otherwise) has the following distortions:

Any GUI works normally, including when terminal emulators are running. I’ve switched cables, ROMs, and monitors, but the problem persists. No adapters are used. The CLI is harder to use.

This issue has been fixed, but we have not released yet, we will release a ubuntu for VIM2 soon.
