Attempting to use VIM1S as a decoder & encoder with ffmpeg. Trying to get hardware acceleration to work with h264_v4l2m2m, but I get a “could not find a valid device” error from ffmpeg.

Is there any way to use hardware decoding & encoding with ffmpeg?
