Vim 3l not working parallel eithernet and wifi

Hi,
I have vim3l board where i want to connect eithernet port for camera which have fixed ip and i want to access wifi for internet purpose but when i use eithernet port i am not able to use wifi internet and can we use sim module, wifi and eithernet at the same time

Yes I am using android 9(pie) os.

Do you want to use wifi and ethernet at the same time, our firmware default is ethernet with higher priority
