I’ve read lots of posts regarding the graphic performance issue of the VIM series running Linux, finally I got to test this myself using hardinfo (hardinfo.org).
For comparison, the NanoPC-T4, with RK3399 and Mali-T864 onboard, got 25% more!
What a pity.
RK3399 has GPU for X11, but there is no X11 support for VIM3 A311D, only have fbdev driver. So you got the poor performance.
by what factor is the Vim3 supposed to be faster in terms of GPU as compared to the RK3399 if it had X11 support ?
No comparison until we have a GPU driver to test Vim3 capabilities on linux
