Updating OOWOW to the latest version

I read on this forum that the latest version of OOWOW is 241112.000

My Edge 2 ARM PC PRO has OOWOW version 230515 .000

I have tried to update OOWOW to the new version via the updated online search but a message warns me that the system is up to date (OOWOW 230515 .000).

How can I proceed to update to version 241112 .000 manually ?

Without using Linux because I don’t know this operating system and I don’t have a PC on which it is installed .

Can you explain how to do this ?

Big tnx for feedback its was server side bug - which already was fixed !!!
At this moment OTA update must works fine
