Tone 2 Pro dead jacks

Hey, I don’t know if anyone can help me here, but I’ve been using the Khadas Tone 2 Pro almost daily for the past 2 years. However, tonight it seems that it just died on me? The LEDS still light up, it shows that it has power, and I can still pause music, change the volume, change sons, etc. However, no sound comes out of my headphones. I tested the headphones as well, and those seem fine, so it seems like the jacks have given out?

I was using the balanced jack, but I tried the regular 3.5mm jack and that one didn’t work either. I tried updating the firmware to the 5.3 version but that didn’t help. I am on Windows 10 if that changes anything.

Can you use the RCA to 3.5 cable to have a try? The audio signals come from the RCA.

Am I supposed to have those cables? I used the Tone 2 pro directly with my HD-6XX as both the DAC and the amp, so I wasn’t using any RCA cables. Also, I don’t know if this is normal but in the sound settings page on Windows, it says “No jack information available”.
