Thunderbolt port won't provide video to external monitor

I can’t get the Mind 2 Thunderbolt 4 port to provide video to an external monitor. Using a certified Anker Thunderbolt 5 cable plugged into the Mind 2 Thunderbolt port, my external monitor (UPerfect K118 Touch) will display “No Signal”. If I unplug from the Mind 2 and plug into my Macbook Pro, everything works just fine. I have to use both HDMI cable along with an USB-C cable for power.

Specs:
Mind 2 (Bios v1.05, EC v1.6) with a Mind Dock (firmware v1.04).
Windows 11 Pro with all drivers installed from Khadas site.
I installed Intel Software Update and updated all Intel drivers available from them until I receive “No updates available”.

Hello @mayne92

Thank you for using the Khadas Mind product.

Upon checking, the external display you are using is a portable screen, which is estimated to require a separate power supply of 30W. The Thunderbolt 4 port on Mind 2 cannot provide such a large amount of external power. I wonder if you have provided separate power for the portable screen.

Intel software update may not be able to complete all the drivers for Mind 2. Please download the official Khadas driver package to complete all the drivers. The driver package can be downloaded from the Support section of the Khadas official website.
