The root user cannot use the pactl command to set the volume.
I tried:
sudo -u khadas -i pactl set-sink-volume @DEFAULT_SINK@ 80%
It's not possible either！
why ?
How to fix it？
Currently, only regular users can use this command:
pactl
help help
