I connected a UGREEN USB-C HUB (Model: CM512) to the xPlay USB-C output port, but it is not being recognized. Does this port not support USB-C hub connections?

The two USB-C ports on the xPlay are described as follows:

USB-C 1 (Upper):

  1. DP-in: Supports connecting to third-party devices with DP output functionality to use as a display.
  2. PD power input.

USB-C 2 (Lower):

  1. DP-out: When using xPlay + Mind, outputs video to a third-party display.
  2. USB 2.0/3.0: Can be used for USB data transfer, supporting devices such as USB flash drives, USB sound cards, and USB hubs.
  3. PD power input.
  4. PD power output: Supports 5V/3A.
  1. Please confirm that your hub is connected to the DP-out interface (the lower port).
  2. Do you have any other hubs available for testing?
  3. Try connecting the hub to the Mind USB-C interface to see if it functions normally.
