I’ve managed to get streaks down the middle and to one side of my TS050, very likely through mis-handling on my part. Just curious if the panel itself is done for, or if it is possibly caused by damaged cabling that I could replace myself?

If you are looking at stuck pixel lines on your panel, it most likely means the panel is damaged, maybe at the edge of the panel due to blunt force as it is very delicate.
