Splashscreen for linux 4.9 / ubuntu loading

Hi!

I am looking for posibility to hide bootup messages (kernel dmesg, start services etc). I would like to run / start linux like this:

Any body try it?
I tried install sudo apt install plymouth-themes but it doesn’t work.
(I use ubuntu 20.04 / kernel 4.9).
