Silent CPU cooler

Which system do you use? Android, Ubuntu, OOWOW or others?

Which version of system do you use? Khadas official images, self built images, or others?

Please describe your issue below:

This is my third post. I really love the Khadas Edge 2 Pro, except only one thing. The cooler. I am really looking for a custom silent cooling solution. It doesn’t have to be small or even cheap. I am looking at Noctua quality and silent level operation (around 45 db or less).
Does anyone know if any heatsink on the market is compatible with the Khadas Edge 2 board? The problem is it needs to be attached somehow to the board.
And then to this heatsink I can attach a Noctua fan or som other high quality fan compatible with the 4 pins PWM connector on the board.
Anyone managed to accomplish this?
I really don’t care about the size, the Khadas board will be mounted on top of a wood board.

If you don’t have the case just order that because it would be the simplest solution to cool the board.

I don’t have an edge 2 so keep that in mind. It might take a fairly large heatsink if you want to go fanless.

Thermal tape and electrical grade RTV might be a mounting solution or 3 D print some plastic clamps.

I had the original case. I didn’t like it so I removed it. I now only have the original active cooler but this is too noisy.
I tried also the passive KSB case but the case got too hot.
I am looking to create a custom active cooling solution and asking here if someone did this already

Might try cutting the rpm down a little bit.
We have filter material for big motors and machines, a small piece of that will sometimes knock the higher frequency components down.
