Side by side frames in HDMI output

Hello,

I am using Khadas VIM3 and running on Android 9.
I want to convert regular HDMI output to 60 Hz side-by-side frame HDMI output. Currently, on normal functionality, we are sending frames at 60 Hz single frames. Can any one help me to achieve this?

Also, we are not able to see any HDMI resolution setting in the android Setting application. We want to add that as well.

you can enter Droid Settings >Display>Screen resolution to set resolutions
