Using Wim4 as mixed reality platform.

I want to grab a 3840x1080 HDMI input and overlay it on top of a camera input and output it on HMDI out. The camera comes in via the mipi csi input on the Wim4. Most images coming in from the HDMI input will be 3D objects on black background and all black RGB will be -/0 here is the camera input pushed through.
