I know this isn’t exactly the place to write about my issue, since it’s related strictly to the Khadas Community forum, but there isn’t any other place that I can see where I can write about it. There’s literally no other way to bring attention to this other than creating a topic right now.
I’ve been trying to register on this forum for a long time. I don’t mean continuous attempts, but I made a few attempts over the past year and they always failed. I wrote to the support but they’ve gone quiet for now. I had to create a completely new email account and use my phone hotspot (different IP) to get into these forums.
I’ll go over my attempts. At first I tried to register with my Google account, which failed multiple times.

Initially, the issue only was that in Firefox I was never redirected to the Google log-in site (yes, I checked for pop-ups multiple times, there was simply no reaction). So I used a Chrome-like browser.

In the other browser I seemingly got through the registration process and was informed that I will receive a confirmation email after verification. It’s never come, even after weeks or months.

Then I tried a different Google account, multiple times, and I started getting strange errors, such as the ones attached below. One attempt to “Sign in with Google” and one attempt to register with email.
But if it exists, it is valid!

How can anything be INCORRECT in a REGISTRATION form?! The information was never seen before in the system and the data itself in the form is valid!
- Lastly, after writing to support, they declared they would try to help. And indeed, after that, I was able to register with a completely new email, but what happened at the same time? You’re not gonna be able to guess. I GOT IP BANNED!

Why? I don’t know! Probably a mistake, but this is absolutely ridiculous.
AND THE MESSAGE IS IN GREEN AS IF IT WAS A GOOD THING!
If you think that maybe I was banned in the past because of some weird or bad behavior, then I gotta tell you that you’re wrong… I had never written a single post on this forum in my life until this moment right now. I couldn’t have “sinned” if I had never been here before!
Sorry for spamming or potentially causing an unnecessary commotion, but is this really how much effort is necessary to ask a few simple questions in the community forums? I just wanted to know a few things…
I’d love to register with my main email… So…
If anyone from Khadas sees this… Please fix this mess…
