Replace 'Khadas' boot logo

Hi everyone,

I’ve just received my VIM1 today and very happy with it. I will be using the board in a commercial environment and would like to replace the Khadas boot logo with my own design.
I’m ok at designing the BMP file but what I don’t know is how to replace it. Is there anyone that can help me out with step by step instructions to do it manually or with ADB?
I’m using the Android image that came with the board 7.1.2
Thanks

It should be easy to replace if you know what you’re doing.

Thanks for the replies. Unfortunately all of this is beyond my scope and I wouldn’t know how to start.
If you can help me out with step by step instructions that will be much appreciated.

LOL unfortunately I don’t know what I’m doing! I wouldn’t know where to start to replace to Khadas boot logo even with all the info links.

I don’t think you should touch the uboot if you don’t know how to handle uboot commands.

A single mistake can brick your device and then you won’t be able to make it boot until you restore it manually.

Khadas logo is decent enough to be used in commercial environment.
