Quectel EM06 and Edge-V Max

Is the Quectel EM06 compatible with Edge-V Max?
If so, can it be installed directly or require the M2 Extension for installation (because on the M2 Extension product page is indicating that only the SSD function will work on the Edge-V and not the full features).

@samkatta You can use EM06 on edge-V, just transfer it through M2X.

Is the new M2X Extension board able to connect the EM06 to Edge-V and make it work.
