Prepare upgrade TF card from Linux

HI,

In Khadash documentation is how to prepare upgrade TF card from Windows.
Problem is that I have no single Windows around.
Can someone tell how to prepare TF card from Linux?

I tested this procedure on vim2 with the khadas nougat image and it works fine.
