Please help me why there is no sound in Mind 2 and Graphics

I am using Mind2 and Mind Graphics1 4060Ti 16G.

Since disconnecting and reconnecting Mind2, there has been no sound from Mind Graphics and monitor. I also reinstalled the driver and it still doesn't work. Please help.

*There are no special requirements for headsets and devices that connect separately via USB

Have you tried completely disconnecting Mind Graphics from the power supply for a few minutes and then trying again? Sounds like the same problem I had with mine.

hello. Like the situation you described, I completely disconnected it, left it for about an hour, and then tried it again, but the symptoms were the same.. T^T

Ok, then it might be a hardware fault. In my case, sound sometimes reappeared during gaming but most of the time it went off and only came back after a complete disconnect from the power plug and some “cool down” time. A simple restart would not resolve the issue.

Please note that we additionally inquired and requested Mind2 from a Korean company, but received a reply that Mind2 is normal for the graphics we have.
