Please help me why there is no sound in Mind 2 and Graphics

I am using Mind2 and Mind Graphics1 4060Ti 16G.

Since disconnecting and reconnecting Mind2, there has been no sound from Mind Graphics and monitor. I also reinstalled the driver and it still doesn't work. Please help.

*There are no special requirements for headsets and devices that connect separately via USB

Have you tried completely disconnecting Mind Graphics from the power supply for a few minutes and then trying again? Sounds like the same problem I had with mine.

hello. Like the situation you described, I completely disconnected it, left it for about an hour, and then tried it again, but the symptoms were the same.. T^T

Ok, then it might be a hardware fault. In my case, sound sometimes reappeared during gaming but most of the time it went off and only came back after a complete disconnect from the power plug and some “cool down” time. A simple restart would not resolve the issue.

Please note that we additionally inquired and requested Mind2 from a Korean company, but received a reply that Mind2 is normal for the graphics we have.

Hey! Audio handshake issues after reconnecting your Mind2 to the Mind Graphics dock can definitely be tricky, but a quick hard power cycle usually fixes it . Try completely shutting down your unit, unplugging the power cable from the Mind Graphics dock for 30 seconds to drain the residual power, and then booting back up to reset the Mind Link connection!

After a disconnect/reconnect, I would first check the active HDMI/DP audio endpoint rather than reinstalling immediately. In Settings → Sound, select the monitor/TV HDMI/DP output and verify it is not muted; if several displays are present, reselect the intended one. On Linux, check the PipeWire/Pulse default sink (`wpctl status`, `wpctl set-default SINK_ID`, or `pactl get-default-sink`) and move the application stream to that sink. If the HDMI/DP device is absent, reboot with the cable/display connected, then inspect `dmesg` and `aplay -l`; update the kernel/GPU/audio packages before reinstalling drivers. Driver order: back up config, remove stale packages only if needed, reinstall the graphics/display driver and its audio components, reboot, then confirm the output device in Settings → Sound. For Mind Graphics, also test another HDMI/DP cable or port and make sure the display is awake during boot. That helps narrow whether the failure is device enumeration, the default sink, or driver state.
