I’ve used both for a long time now on Ubuntu, and have to say that while the Vim 4 is a great little board, it just isn’t as punchy and reliable as the Edge 2 Pro. And I poured a lot more money into my Vim 4, too, adding the 5G kit to it.
Thoughts anyone, if you also use both?
Each one is better suited to work better based on the priority of your requirements.
If you need more compute capabilities, better image processing, or graphics your obvious choice would be to pick the Edge2 or Edge2 PC
On the latter if you don’t require compute, but need more wired interfaces or 5G connectivity, VIM4 is more suitable, considering its oriented to be a better hobby sbc than a desktop.
