So I found the image for OOWOW that says it for the VIM1, burnt it to a SD card, I assume you can boot from the SD Image, or this not a real image? It only 16 MB seems very small.
@terrorpup Yes oowow is a recovery OS/system that was made to be as compact as possible 
Yes, you can flash the image for the vim specified with .sd present in the name, enter upgrade mode and boot your disk.
