OOWOW can't start

Hello. I have vim4 with ubuntu installed. I want to install another system, but I can’t boot oowow. I’ve tried hold function key and short press reset. But there is nothing on the screen. I also tried methods from here: url.
But the result is the same. Is there any other way I can start oowow?
