NPU SDK Link Broken

hi,
I just got the board and I am trying to download the SDK but the mediafire link is broken (generating new download key forever) and the baidu link require a chineese number which I don’t have (for baidunetsdk) could you please upload the file to dropbox or any other service as I am struggling with this.

I even tried some fake chinese numbers to download the baidu file with no luck

I follow this guide which helped me get a baidu account with my number and I managed to get the file


However, I think the media fire link need to be fixed for others
