Have installed Ubuntu minimal ( 4.9.241 #3 SMP PREEMPT Fri Apr 30 09:07:25 CST 2021 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNU/Linux) using Krescue Wizard.
As there is no GUI, the network must be set up over CLI. Unfortunately nmtui or nmcli do not let me to save any changes for the wired network connections - the message is “settings plugin does not support modifying connections”. However, I was able to add wifi connection using nmcli ( nmcli device wifi connect …)
I was able to modify ip address of the wired connection to static by editing /etc/interfaces, but using nmtui would be much better. What could I do for this?
