Which version of the system do you use?

I’m using the official Khadas image with Mosquitto version 2.0.11 installed.

Description of the issue:

I am experiencing a network communication issue when using Mosquitto version 2.0.11 to connect with remote devices. Despite configuring Mosquitto as below, the service fails to function properly.

Configuration used:

allow_anonymous true
listener 1883 0.0.0.0
password_file <file_path>

Could someone with similar experience help me resolve the issue I’m facing?

As per the error 1883 is already used.

Try to kill the existing connections over 1883 and try again or use another port if you already using 1883 for some other service.

Are you using any automation application which already uses mqtt ?

No applications use port 1883 when the mosquitto service starts in the system. Additionally, even if other applications were using the same port, there were no issues on other boards.

The difference is that while the other boards use mosquitto version 1.4.15, the vim3 uses version 2.0.11.
