Need Help: Linux Build Failure

I’m building Debian for VIM3 on a Ubuntu PC, and getting error:

Info: Installing packages
Reading package lists… Done
Note, selecting ‘libfm-tools’ instead of ‘lxshortcut’
Note, selecting ‘libglu1-mesa’ insead of ‘libglu1’
E: Unable to locate package libjpeg9
Cleanup…
Makefile:7: recipe for target ‘all’ failed
make: *** [all] Error 100

Is this a known issue? Thanks

Yes, I have fixed this issue on my local PC, I will push to GitHub a few days later.

Please try to build Ubuntu.
