Are there any methods available for performing a reset or similar action?
I used it in combination with the Mind2. While in use, the display started cutting out, and eventually, the power would no longer turn on.
A few safe checks may help before assuming the dock needs a reset. Disconnect the Mind2 and all USB/DisplayPort peripherals, remove power from the dock, wait a minute, then reconnect only the original power supply and the Mind2. Check whether any dock or Mind LEDs change, and try a known-good outlet/cable if available. If the Mind2 still runs when it is removed from the dock, that helps isolate the dock or its power path; if it is completely dead, note the charger/LED behavior and whether a long press of the power button produces any response. I’d avoid repeated power cycling if the unit became hot. The exact Mind2 revision, dock model, power adapter, and whether the display failed before the power loss would be useful details for the Khadas team.
